For custom or personalized jewelry, including engraved and made-to-order pieces, orders are considered final once confirmed.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Ciobu Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.
