Because each item is custom-made or one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. All custom engagement rings, personalized designs, and engraved jewelry are made specifically for you. Once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns. Each vintage item is unique and may show natural signs of age or wear, which adds to its character and authenticity. These pieces are final sale and non-returnable.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare case your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@ciobu.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll review your case and work with you to find a fair solution — repair, replacement (if applicable), or store credit. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. All returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
